Details: Brazil 12y rum - this rum was aged 4 years in Amburana casks in Brazil and 8 years in bourbon casks. It was distilled by Epris Distillery on a column still from a blend of fresh cane juice and molasses base.

Tasting Notes: 

Softly smoked cinnamon roll meets jammy fruits on the nose.

the palate is dense and coating with dark fruit notes: grape, raisin, date, raspberry, all sweetened with a toasty vanilla cream and spiced dark chocolate ganache.

The finish goes back to smokey amburana notes of overcooked cinnamon roll, dark fruits, and dried leather.
