Made from Westland's signature five-malt recipe, this is similar in flavor profile to their core release but substantially older and of course at cask strength. A great intro to Westland and Pacific NW single malt at cask strength. Aged in new oak.

Tasting Notes:  Westland is one of the most iconic American single malt distilleries and has done more than anyone else to work toward getting the style codified by the TTB. I've been trying for years to get a few casks from them, and we finally made it happen. We would normally have labeled these as Washington single malt but they prefer American single malt as the nomenclature.
